Radisson undertakes glacial till sampling on the southern portion of the O’Brien project following the discovery of a sample grading 7.33 g/t gold.

RDS announced this morning it will be conducting a Glacial till sampling on the southern portion of the O’Brien gold project following the discovery of a sample grading 7.33 g/t Gold.

The large 50 km2 package was included in the New Alger property acquisition dating back to late 2020.

Key highlights are as follow:

  1. While the O’Brien area remains their top priority, it was identified late 2022 that the New Alger area have geological context similar to the Canadian-Malartic complex (13.7 m oz produced to date).
  2. After evaluation, Radisson’s geological team determined that a major glacial till sampling campaign (300-400 samples) as the best method to target large zones with disseminated gold potential
  3. This program is an excellent low cost opportunity ($300-350k) to start unlocking the value of this vast landholding that has potential to yield additional gold discoveries.

I continue to believe Quebec mining can see significant M & A, and Radisson Mining is a strong candidate in my bias view.
