Tony Novo has over 30 years of business and soccer experience. He began his career working for Barnett Bank in South Florida in 1982 before moving to New Jersey in 1995 to work for United National Bank. In 2001, he moved on to Chase Financial. Most recently, Novo has been employed as a Senior Loan Officer for PNC Mortgage.

Novo is a veteran of the soccer world. He previously served as General Manager/Vice President of Business Operations for the New Jersey Ironmen professional indoor soccer team from 2007-2010, and he has performed as President and General Manager of Sky Blue FC (National Women’s Soccer League) since 2013. As a player, Novo competed collegiately at Jacksonville University and professionally for three years with the Jacksonville TeaMen and Ft. Lauderdale Sun.
