On March 18, 2022, my absolute best friend was called home to our Father in Heaven.
Bill Wegner, who wrote the foreword to my book, and spent 30 years of his natural life as a full-time Catholic-Lay Evangelist, was absolutely everything to me. So much so, that before the end of 2022, I would be in such a deep depression that I would be hospitalized after thinking of ending my own life. I would discover through therapy, that his loss was so deeply painful to me because of how much he was to my every day life. Not having Bill around any more, life just didn’t seem worth living at times. Hard to believe, but true.
I still weep and feel a hole in my heart. But as they say, life does indeed go on – like it or not.
