One year from today, my daughter, Tara Marie Grandich, will wed in the same church I married her mom, Mary Troy, in 1981 – Rath Church, County Offaly, Ireland.
To make it an extra special day, Father Ray Kelly will be the priest. He was an Altar Boy to the priest who married us, who also happened to be Mary’s Uncle. He also went to the same school as Mary did, and was in the same grade (but boys were separated from girls so they don’t remember meeting). Oh yeah, he also happens to be “this” Father Kelly:
