46 years ago today, “Disco Pete” showed up at Mary Troy’s apartment for their first date. He took her to Pizza & Brew in Scarsdale NY. The very next evening, he took her to Rye Playland and had their first kiss on the ride the “Flume”. Six weeks later, they got engaged.
