As the finish line of both my business career and life itself draws closer each day, I continue to find inspiration in both. Personally, the birth of my first grandchild—and the first two weeks of her young life—has brought my much better half and me the kind of joy we last experienced 34 years ago, when her mother was born.

After a business career marked by more than a few extremes, “Riverboat Pete” is fully convinced he has found a true golden nugget of an investment: NorthIsle Copper and Gold. Having effectively bet the ranch financially, my career reputation is also on the line. In a business where you are only as good as your last call, most people will ultimately judge me—rightly or wrongly—by what the company does from here.

From my biggest wins to some painful losses, my 42-plus years in and around the financial arena tell me this is the company to go all in on and let the chips fall where they may.

My conviction was sealed after watching the recent video I recorded with three key members of management, listening to the smartest and most successful investor I have ever known personally (Michael Gentile), and reflecting on the track record of a key team member—especially considering what that investor recently said about him.

For me—and for the many clients, friends, and followers who have trusted me over the years—I believe those who can truly afford the financial and emotional risks here should consider aggressive ownership of the shares., ASAP!

In my admittedly biased view—I continue to add to my position, now exceeding 5 million shares—investors who can think in years rather than hours, days, or weeks may see an ultimate target many times higher than today’s price, with limited risk of substantial loss from this level. To me, that makes it worthy of going “All-In”.

After rising nearly tenfold in 2025 alone, the share price consolidated those gains in the first half of 2026, even as gold and many mining shares fell sharply. I suspect more institutional shareholders are replacing the typical junior retail investors, especially as this opportunity gains wider attention. In that context, the consolidation came at an ideal time.

The company undoubtedly delayed the updated resource because of what it discovered, which only heightens the anticipation for its release.
