Simply put, former NY Rangers fan favorite, Nick Fotiu, is the most humble, big-hearted, prankster, of them all. That’s why I’m so glad to see one of the favorite things he likes to do (horse racing #1) is cook, has become a real business for him – Nicky’s Knockout Clams
No one I ever met in the sports world, deserves success more than the toughest NY Rangers ever, who bleeds Rangers blue, then Nick Fotiu.
One of the great joys I ever had, was not only becoming great friends with Nick, but having a horse names after him:
